How to book with us

Booking your special canoe trip with The River Wye Canoe Hire Company is easy. Simply telephone us on 01600 890470 or 07525 377437 and we will do the rest. When you call, please have available the following information:

1. The date(s) of your proposed trip. Try to have a choice if possible, especially in high season.

2. An idea of which journey(s) you would like to make.

3. The number of people in your party, together with ages of everyone under 18.

4. Have a credit/debit card to hand for your deposit.

5. All bookings are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

6. If your prefer, you can email us using our booking enquiry form giving a contact name and number, and we will call you to take your booking.

Payment Terms:

1. A 25% non-refundable credit/debit card deposit required at time of booking. Corporate clients may wish to pay by BACS - our details are available on request. We can supply an invoice including PO number if required.

2. For group/corporate/team building/large bookings, we require a 50% non-refundable card deposit upon booking.

3. In all cases, the balance is due in full upon arrival.

4. Payment of the balance may be made by cash or credit/debit card.

Cancellation:

Unforseen situations may arise requiring you to re-arrange or cancel your trip. In the first instance, please contact us as soon as possible. See also our cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions.
